Job Purpose The role directly works with the Global Head of Talent acquisition and will work on creating world class HR & Talent Acquisition Data Dashboard. Role will work with HR CoE's in collation & providing executive inferences to various stakeholders. The role would also act as a Project Manager in managing Talent Acquisition systems/audit and training. Key Responsibilities: - Enhancing Talent Acquisition Data Analytics capability for the TAG team - Transforming data and trends into actionable insights and visual analytics - Developing reports, dashboards, info graphics and presentations - Presenting insights in a meaningful way to influence future business decision-making to executive level stakeholders - Acting as Project Manager in the following areas; supporting compliance & Audits with external & internal stakeholders - Working closely with the policy team to enhance HR policies to make them world-class - Working closely with the IT team in enhancing Talent acquisition systems -Working closely with Global Talent Acquisition Head in tracking and maintaining budgets Educational Qualification: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. (Math, Statistics, Data Science, Operations Research etc ). Technical/functional Skills: - Expert in Excel/ Tableau/PowerPoint / Power BI to build dashboards - Candidate should have the ability to analyze large data sets to distill insights and connect disparate ideas into a meaningful story to drive strategy, action and decision making. - Excellent background in HR/People Analytics - ideally having had exposure preferably into HR or Talent Acquisition Analytics.
