Job Purpose

Syngene is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The promotion of Syngene products and business services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential which has becomes increasingly effective and promising. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things in marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to secure growing revenue. You will be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our marketing campaign.

Experience:

- 3 to 10 years of relevant work experience in leading and managing digital marketing with B2B social media, Google ads, email, and SEO/SEM campaigns

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Marketing Platforms, e.g. Salesforce Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, etc.

- Strong knowledge in setting up and optimizing search and display campaigns for acquiring new customers and nurturing existing customers

- In-depth experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and convert visitors

- Working knowledge of A/B testing, multivariate experiments to provide campaign performance analysis Data and optimization proposals

- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

- Advanced Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, macros, and charting

- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau or any other data visualization tools will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media paid promotion and display advertising campaigns

- Launch optimized online ads through Google ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc. to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads

- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

- Collaborate with agencies and other online publications to maximise the target audience reach and optimize user funnels

- Execute tests, collect, and analyse data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI for all campaigns

- Research and analyse competitor advertising campaigns to optimise paid keyword discovery and expansion

- Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.) to optimize ad copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns

- Analyse and Identify trends and insights to optimize campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies

Educational Qualification:

- Completed bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or business (with specialization in marketing)

Technical/functional Skills:
