Job Purpose: Finance Business Partnering (Functional Depts.) & Cost Management

Job Description:

1. Educational Qualification: CA/ICWA or MBA Finance from a premier Institute with 2 to 3 of years of experience in core area.

2. Person should have a very good interpersonal skills, Logical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills

3. Identify the Cost drivers and optimize the key expense heads

4. Analyzing expense reports and provide business reasons for variances on a regular basis to the Management

5. Closely working with Functional heads and understand and their requirements and support them in their daily activities.

6. Analyze GL on a regular basis and ensure expenses are booked to the right GL

7. Help AOP team in providing inputs pertaining to the respective functional departments

8. Control budgets of various heads and ensure that it is in line with AOP

9. Evaluate Capex proposals received from functional heads

10. Should have a knowledge and experience in SAP - FICO module

11. Good Communication Skills both written and verbal

12. Experience in Pharma Industry would be an added advantage

13. Should be able identify the areas for automations and digitization - SAP and other automations

14. Follow 100% compliance in Data security and Safety
