About the role: This role is accountable and responsible for developing and implementing HR Policies and related documents. This role is also responsible to facilitate case enquiries related to employee grievances, whistleblower complaints, complaints related to prevention of sexual harassment, disciplinary matters and other potentially contentious cases as delegated. Participate in gathering information/data for fact-finding when required and preparation of investigation case reports.

Responsibilities:

- HR policy design and development: drafting HR policies and related documents in consultation with the relevant organizational stakeholders and best industry practices.

- HR Policy Revision revisiting the HR policies basis business requirement and making amendments in consultation with the relevant stake holders

- Policy Support: Provide policy related advice and support as necessary, where employees/HRBPs approach with a direct query on any HR policy or any related document

- Policy Management: Keeping a record of all the versions of the policies and the version wise amendment of policies and related documents. Ensure that only the latest version of policies is published and accessible by all employees

- Employee relations: responsible to facilitate case enquiries related to employee grievances, whistleblower complaints, complaints related to PoSH, disciplinary matters and other potentially contentious cases as delegated. Responsible for gathering information/data for fact-finding when required and preparation of investigation case reports.

- HR Audits: Managing HR audits in the domain of policies and Employee relations

- Responding to RFIs: Assist other departments in responding to client's request for information related to HR department.

- Other projects: Assisting supervisor in other policy/employee relation related activities/projects as required

Technical requirements:

- Expertise in MS Office - Especially Word & Power Point

- Excellent written communication skills

- Delivers Human Resources policy solutions customized to the needs of organization.

- Exposure to Factory setup / environment

- Exposure to various statutory bodies, laws etc.,

- Local language exposure - Kannada, to communicate / understand and reciprocate towards various publications from the local agencies

- Ability to communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

- 8+ years of relevant experience in this field. Prior experience in Pharma Sector would be preferred

- Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Law, or a related discipline from Tier 1 business schools would be preferable.
