Finance & Accounts and Banking:
1. Finalization of monthly/quarterly/annual accounts and preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards.
2. Preparing creditors/ debtors reconciliation statements
3. Cash flow management collection and disbursals of payments
4. Banking: Bank Transaction reconciliation; FEX Management
5. Banking Transactions: Import/Export Payments of Services; Documentation
6. Doing almost all functions in Accounting directly or indirectly
7. Payroll management
8. Re-imbursement management
Taxation/MIS:
1. Provident Fund & TDS returns
2. GST Rules and regulation
3. Service Tax Management Input/output Calculations; Filing returns etc.
Auditing :
1. Coordinating with the statutory auditor of the company and finalizing the financials of the company with the auditor
2. Interfacing with the Internal Auditor of the company and providing all the documents which are necessary for conducting audit
3. Documentation
Banking Operations :
1. Liaising with bank authorities for day to day queries
2. Fulfilling all the requirements for opening of a new bank account
3. Coordinating with the bank for getting KYC (Know Your Customer) form from the remitting bank for fulfilling the Handling computation and payment of monthly GST, TDS, Provident Fund Liability
