You will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and leverage state of the art tools (viz., SAS, BI). Essential Functions / Responsibilities : - Understand and document requirements from business and create visualization in Tableau/Excel. - Able to leverage the SAS Expertise to pull the data from various databases and consolidate based on business need - Review the business requirements with the team and share your finding with the business stake holders. - Responsible for accurate preparation of management level reports, ad hoc reporting and analysis - Prepare and review Quarterly/Monthly analysis with analytics managers. - Liaise with teams (local & remote) to gather requirements & build reports, Automate reports, Document Processes - Maintain quality of output by ensuring accuracy & timely delivery of reports and projects - Able to work with minimal direction - Addresses reporting concerns with patience and gather requirements with focus and clarity - Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned - Document and maintain SOP's assigned reporting processes Responsible for weekly reviews with stakeholders - Demonstrated experience analyzing business data with the ability to distill large amounts of information down to the critical areas of focus. - Strong written/oral communication skills Qualifications / Requirements : - Minimum one and half year's working knowledge of SAS - Post graduate or graduate in Mathematics & Statistics. - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access - Experience leveraging operating systems/multiple data sources for portfolio reporting and economic analysis - Strong team player in cross-functional environment - Strong written/oral communication skills - Able to work hours that compliment US and any hours that are occasionally required to accomplish team needs or deadlines due to business need Desired Qualifications : - Knowledge of Retail Finance business - Previous experience working with SQL, UNIX and Oracle Data Warehouse - Work experience in a US financial institution or bank - Strong communication skills with the ability to prepare clear communication and confidently present meaningful analysis to senior and executive management level - Demonstrated experience analyzing business data with the ability to distill large amounts of information down to the critical areas of focus - Clear thinker with an ability to think through processes - Proven ability to successfully interact with all levels of an organization
