Key Responsibilities: - Strategize and execute the digital marketing plan to drive to top of the funnel (ToFU)- sales qualified leads and awareness - Plan the digital campaigns calendar & execute critical digital marketing initiatives like the webinars, newsletters, email promotions, online/google ads etc - Developing and implementing effective SEO/SEM strategies; managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance - Manage the company website and optimize user flows for user engagement and conversions - Social Media Management through proactive content creation & posting, community management & spokespeople image management - Plan & execute paid campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness - Build and maintain relevant contacts database and grow the engaged audience count - Data Analytics and campaign performance tracking & reporting to offer creative recommendations - Configure CRM for tracking digital footprints and lead scoring - Manage monthly spends and ensure ROI across every initiative Requirements: - 3-5 years of Digital Marketing/campaign management experience and expert level familiarity with Paid ads, Social Media, Web analytics, SEO/SEM- hands on experience with all platforms and tools is a must - Excellent academic credentials and a Bachelor's qualification from a top-tier institution. Master's qualification would be an added advantage but not required. - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints - Proficient in using CRM, reporting, Advertising and Email Marketing Tools - Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments - Ability to manage & drive multiple campaigns to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment - Excellent knowledge of the campaign briefing process - Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) - Problem solving skills with critical thinking/ growth oriented mindset/ growth hacking The candidate should be a quick learner and should be up to date with current technology trends.
