Insurance Partnerships at Symbo involve working with global insurance companies to create delightful product experiences for our partners and end-users. The insurance space is ripe for disruption and to make that happen you will work closely with regulators, policymakers, and most importantly, the insurers to revolutionize how insurance is packaged and sold.

- An ideal candidate is great at developing relationships and is able to work with the entire ecosystem on new coverage and underwriting ideas.

Roles and responsibilities :

- Develop relationships with global insurance companies to make Symbo their preferred partner of choice to distribute their products

- Understand customer needs to create innovative coverage products that see high uptake from our partners and end customers

- Work with partners and insurers to continuously tweak the products based on customer demands and also make the buying experience seamless and easy to understand

- Ensure compliance with the insurers and regulatory authorities

- Build systems to ensure handling of claims, MIS, reporting, and policy issuance is seamless for all parties involved. The role will involve own the integrations between Symbo and the insurers technology platform

- Ability to engage with Insurance companies across multiple regions, and ability to strategically navigate complex situations to delivery on Symbo's business goals

Requirements :

- 3+ years of total experience. Experience in Insurtech or Fintech preferred

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. Entrepreneurial stint a plus

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Creative, persistent, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized, hands-on

- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
