Role and responsibilities: - Manage end to end employee life cycle. - Ensure effective execution of the selection process, post offer engagement and pre and post onboarding activities. - Assist in conceptualization & implementation of people management initiatives & building a strong value-driven organization. - Act as the first point of contact for all employee grievances and manage & resolve complex employee relations. - Maintain in depth knowledge of labour requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing statutory risks & ensuring regulatory compliance. - Develop & monitor informative HR dashboards to track key metrics for HR operations for continuous improvement. - Prepare periodic reports related to employee data as per organizational needs. Must have: - 4-7 years of experience in a core HR Business Partner role. - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. - Strong understanding of Labour related laws & statutes - Must possess strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and should be a result oriented person. - Must possess a high degree of artfulness and tact in managing issues and difficult situations - Proficiency in making timely, effective, ethics-based decisions. - Ability to prioritize tasks in line with fast-changing business needs. - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Must be highly analytical, logical & have a number driven aptitude. - Must have good understanding of Microsoft office. - Should be comfortable and confident to manage internal and external stakeholders. - Immediate joining preferred
