We are looking for someone who can relentlessly drive process improvement and build a team of exceptionally driven, customer-obsessed associates - all while analyzing systemic issues and implementing solutions to challenging problems.

You have in-depth hands-on experience in identifying customer impacting issues, working out and implementing solutions and process improvements to increase customer satisfaction rate. You develop and implement training programs to improve the quality and productivity of the team. You drive process improvements to enhance the operational efficiency - understanding and effectively utilizing resources provided by internal systems, teams, policies, and procedures.

You develop, plan, and implement short- and long-term goals - developing a team of 25-40 associates; responsible for the overall direction, performance management, coordination and evaluation of the team.

ELIGIBILITY:

- PGDM from one of the top business schools with a minimum CGPA of 8/10 or equivalent

- Minimum 2 years experience as fulfilment / supply chain / logistics manager in a leading consumer companies
