Swiss Garnier - Manager/Senior Manager - Business Development (6-11 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for generating business for Contract Manufacturing opportunities and to ensure that there is optimum utilization of the Capacity of manufacturing units across all locations
2. Should have excellent contacts in the industry and well aware of the top management staff in industry
3. Interacting with potential business partners on a regular basis to identify business opportunities
4. Increasing quantum of new products with existing customers
5. Increasing quantum of new products with new customers
6. Ensure that the clients are provided with the necessary information regarding the manufacturing process and products at Swiss Garnier
7. Must have operational experience/knowledge PPIC, RM/PM etc
8. Be single point of contact to the client until the contract is awarded by the client
9. Follow up for preparation of the necessary costing of the products for the purpose of quotation to the client
10. Set clear priorities, goals, targets and plans for the BD team
11. Product costing, pricing models, negotiations and quotation preparations for client products
12. Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and future business plans with budgets and forecasts
13. Provide the top management with necessary strategic inputs regarding the contract manufacturing business
14. Co-ordinate with the Plant Heads on a regular basis to ensure that the contract schedule is planned in accordance to the availability of capacity
15. Co-ordinate with the HODs to fast up the execution activities to deliver the products in time
16. To meet with existing clients and customers to understand any additional products that the company can manufacture.
17. To add leading Indian and MNC companies with SG group of companies
18. Sufficiently position products, services, key advantages and differentiation from other service providers to generate interest within the target audience
Essential Skills :
1. Minimum 6 years of experience in Pharma Formulations (OSD)Pharma industry of which at least 5 years in Business Development Team
2. Should have complete knowledge of P2P, Loan License and other manufacturing services models
3. Should carry experience in P2P industry
4. Must have excellent pharma industry contacts within Domestic Market
5. A good network with existing Large Scale Pharmaceutical companies as clients
6. Must have proven track record of successful revenue generation in companies worked
7. Knowledge of contract terms and conditions
8. Understanding of costing, budgeting & forecasting, capacity planning, logistics, supply chain
9. Must have strong communication skills in English and Hindi
