Swiss Beauty Cosmetics - Senior Brand Manager (10-13 yrs)

Role Brief :

Senior brand manager tasked with developing new products that fit into the company's overall branding strategy. This includes ideas for new products or features, testing them out with consumers, and then deciding which ones should be implemented in future versions of their product or service.

Role & Responsibility :

- Creating marketing campaigns including pricing strategies, sales promotions, and public relations efforts

- Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution

- Developing company brands by determining which products or services will be offered, what features they will have, and how they will be priced

- Conducting market research to determine customer preferences and buying habits in order to create effective marketing strategies

- Overseeing the design of print advertisements, brochures, product labels, and other marketing materials

- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors

- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely

- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies

- Monitoring competitors' activities to identify new trends and adjust the company's strategy accordingly

- Reviewing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make adjustments to existing products or develop new ones

- Analysing data to determine the effectiveness of campaigns and marketing strategies

- Conducting focus groups to gather feedback from consumers about products or services

Qualification & Skill Set :

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing

- 10+ years industry in retail industry like luxury beauty, colour cosmetics.

- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals

- Demonstrated success within B2B/B2C marketing

- Expertise in designing and implementing marketing strategic planning.

- Knowledge of web analytics and Google AdWords and CRM software

- Strong budgeting, forecasting and analysis skills required

- Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
