This role is to support the MDs in their roles. It entails the following but not limited to : - To take over the responsibilities and handle the day-to-day routines while attending meetings on behalf of the MDs, to write notes for them - To take over daily duties, interacting closely with employees, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise. Also responsible for filtering key information as it gets shared up through MD level. - To identify company's objectives and goals. - To assess and analyze latest market trends and competitors. - Recommend changes on company's policies - Decision making skills - Assist MDs to determine and prioritize business strategies based on their schedules. - To ensure the company's goals and initiatives are met. - To ensure timely completion of projects - To make sure everything runs smoothly throughout company operations for MDs - To monitor the flow of multi-platform communications to and from the office of the MDs. - Determine Key Performance Indicators and how to measure team performance. - Provide HODs with recommendations and consultation to improve team work across the organization. - Strong Project reporting skills with a focus on interdepartmental communications - Sharp and quick business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions. - To get involved and make sure that all administrative, financial and operational aspects are running smoothly for the MDs. - Upkeep of Budget management - To read and understand the employees intentions and emotions in the day-to-day operations of an office. - To have leadership skills in order to work well with employees while processing information efficiently and effectively. - To review and analyze the departments strengths, weaknesses, operational effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
