Have you ever been disappointed by the way your food was packed by a restaurant when you ordered it on Swiggy? We are here to solve it. Swiggy is launching its first B2B business to supply consumer-friendly and eco-friendly packaging solutions to restaurants at convenient prices.

Job Description:-

As Supply Chain Head you will manage the entire supply chain cost and operations of packaging products, which includes pickup from manufacturers, warehousing in 7 cities and delivery to restaurants.

Responsibilities:-

1. You will define and own all supply chain KPIs like case fill rate, on-time delivery, SLA compliance, inventory, etc and develop plans to improve them.

2. You will manage relationships with packaging manufacturers and negotiate prices for different products.

3. You will manage relationships with third-party logistics and negotiate prices for different logistics services.

4. You will own the entire supply chain process and simplify & optimize them continuously.

5. You will lead a team of warehouse and operations managers position in 7 cities in India.

6. You will develop a supply chain plan for a new product to be launched.

Key skills:-

1. Strong Supply Chain understanding.

2. Data analytics and forecasting.

3. Led a big team and managing remote employees.

4. Strong communication skills.

Qualification:-

1. Supply chain leadership (B2B preferred) for 3-4 years.

2. MBA preferred.

3. Willing to travel.
