Swiggy - Social Media Manager - Contact Center

About the Position: We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead and grow our social media presence. The ideal person must be an excellent storyteller, as they will be the voice of Swiggy on various social media channels. You will be responsible for responding to requests from followers, engaging with influencers, and so on. You should have an in-depth understanding of various social media platforms and emerging trends in digital marketing, and you should be able to communicate effectively on various platforms while maintaining the integrity and voice of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Moderation :

- Review user generated comments and posts in a quick and timely manner.

- Respond to comments, when appropriate, to foster a positive community and add value to the user's experience.

- Answer all queries pertaining to the post.

- Enforce the Social Media Guidelines as defined by the company.

- Escalate User Generated Content, where appropriate, to internal teams.

- Build and execute a social media strategy through competitive research and audience identification.

- Reporting - Provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through new initiatives.

- Participate constructively in inter-department and cross-service line communications.

- Continuously improve by capturing and analysing appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.

Skills & Behaviour required:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with key social media channels such as Twitter, Facebook, Quora, Instagram, and LinkedIn

- Ability to analyse data from the various platforms, derive insights and incorporate them in your daily work.

- Excellent communication skills and creative writing skills.

- Very high attention to detail.

Undergraduate degree in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business and/or related fields.

Salary Offered : 8-10 LPA
