- Manage operations effectively to drive positive customer experience and optimise cost to support the overall business P&L. - The city teams also work with central operations team on rolling out new products and processes to drive ops excellence and build sustainable operations - This position is responsible for overall managing the sourcing, onboarding, and training team for Swiggy. The candidate would be responsible for hiring of Delivery Executives, manage, and run onboarding & training SOP. The position is a middle-management role within the operations team. Strategy and planning: - The candidate will assist the top-management in developing operations strategy for effectively scaling the sourcing requirements of the company with regards to the Delivery Executives. Implementation: - Conducting field operations in terms of BTL activities and field sourcing at different locations of the city. People management: - The candidate will be responsible for finding the right candidate and convincing them to join the company's delivery team highlighting the benefits of working with the company to all prospective candidates. Be involved in conducting staffing drives Onboarding - Taking care of the complete onboarding process of Delivery Executive with the help of a team. Desired Candidate: - Relevant years of experience (preferably in talent acquisition, onboarding process flow, training execution, stake holder management - Experience in managing/Hiring blue collared employees such as delivery executives & understanding of market. - Strong communication and convincing skills and the ability to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goals. - Should be comfortable working with MS excel - Recruitment experience in hiring the blue collared employees (Volume hiring/bulk hiring)
