Swiggy - Senior Manager - P&L Planning & Performance

- Responsible for creating Monthly Operating Plans (MOP) in line with the Annual operating plans and for delivering the MOP & AOP targets

- Target setting and cascade to both central and city teams such as BizOps, Supply, Operations, Marketing

- Review and track completion and progress of action items in the monthly MOP review meetings

- Identify right measures and metrics for the category performance and closely track the same to monitor status and progress against Cx, UE & growth targets

- Present monthly progress reports to leadership

- Work closely with the supply team for the right supply identification, understand and leverage growth levers, as well as improve Cx through supply led initiatives

- Liase with the Supply, Growth and Operations team and lead the demand supply planning for the category

- Lead cross functional teams in driving experiments to improve Cx, reduce costs and increase revenue

Preferred Candidate: 

- 3-5 years of work experience across Consumer Strategy, product, consumer/shopper marketing, category management, P&L management, research and insights

- MBA from a premium institute preferred

- High level of consumer obsession, strong analytical skills and structured approach to problem solving

- Should have an over-all P&L thought process, trade-offs that need to be made and impact of various decision on different line items of the P&L

- Good influencing skills and stakeholder management skills and ability to get work done from stakeholders

- Good project management skills to drive and keep multifunctional projects on a track with clearly defined success measures

- Creative thinker and ability to connect the dots between external research, internal data and intuition through consumer interactions

- Effective Communications Skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work as a team player in a target driven work environment

- Ability to lead projects from conceptualization to closure, leveraging internal resources to get things done.

- Should be a self starter
