Role and Responsibilities : 1. Defining & tracking metrics which help evaluate the health of the business 2. Benchmarking and implementation of best practices from different cities 3. Enabling business reports dashboards for Partners, Business heads and central teams 4. Designing and implementing the analytical projects for insights which drive the business goals and decisions (Ex: How to improve Order value, how to improve conversions etc.,) 5. Training, Mentoring & Planning the work of Partners and team 6. Ensuring seamless and effective communication between Swiggy and Partner 7. Identify opportunities to drive business and cost-effectiveness Desired Candidate : 1. Proficient in Excel (MUST) and SQL 2. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, pro-activeness and ability to take ownership of projects is a must 3. FMCG background is Plus
