- Owning the P&amp;L(Kitchen EBITDA) for the largest city for Access - Driving Top Line through improving Fill Rates and replacing non-performing restaurants partners - Ensuring retention of - Must retain- (profitable) partners - Driving GMV growth through M2O, AOV, Time slot extension, Widget inclusion - Driving higher menu sessions through organic levers(widgets, listing, CFT, thumbnail) and inorganic levers(optimized Ads budget allocation and Ads sourcing from restaurant partners, discount parity v/s non-Access outlets of the same partners) - Driving long term growth and heading intra-city/inter-city expansion of top partners like Truffles, Meghana Foods, The Pizza Bakery etc. - Program Managing critical priorities for Access- competition onboarding and growth, common area revenue maximization, other revenue line items - Cost minimization through opportunity identification across OpEx and CapEx Desired Skills: - Relevant work experience of 3 - 5 years in business development, operations, project management or P&amp;L roles preferably at hyperlocal focused /e-commerce organizations - High levels of ownership, ability to work independently, needs to be extremely proactive and keen to learn - Basic knowledge of a restaurant's cost structure is a must - Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration to leverage multifunctional Swiggy internal teams and teams within the restaurant partner organizations - Experience of handling teams in fast paced business contexts would be a plus
