- Under Mandate 2, Employees will work remotely through the year and will have a mandatory regrouping once in a quarter where they will come down to Bangalore for a quarterly meet-up. Post the meet-up, they will go back to working remotely. - The cost associated with the quarterly meetup - travel and stay costs will be borne by the employees. Employees will still have the option to work from the office, if they wish to. Employees will be given a week's heads up in such situations. - In case of extremely critical projects, employees will be requested by the BU head to come down to office during which employees are expected to oblige. About the role: This position will roll into the Growth Marketing vertical at Swiggy. The Growth team at Swiggy is a horizontal team that cuts across all existing and upcoming Swiggy verticals primarily responsible for traffic, acquisition and reactivation of users to the platform. Responsibilities: - Campaigns Execution - Planning, scheduling and execution of BAU campaigns on owned media - Push Notifications, Emails, WhatsApp and SMS for Swiggy food market place, Swiggy One, Instamart, Genie, Stores,Gourmet, Alcohol, Meats categories, etc - Campaigns Management - Planning, scheduling and execution of trigger based communications such as user state & user action life cycles, journeys and real time menu/cart drop offs. - Reporting - Ensuring reports for the respective campaigns are generated and shared with stakeholders in a timely manner. - Target base management - ensuring updated/verified bases are used for all campaigns and coordination amongst team members for prioritization. - Work towards continuous improvements of campaign metrics by optimizing segmentation and personalization of communications. - Stakeholders interaction, coordination and management - creative team, analytics team, city teams, biz & marketing and external vendors - Category management with consumer-first approach and alignment of other teams across the organization for their campaign requests.
