Job Description : - Define the go-to-market strategy, balance product vision with market trends and strategic goals. - Develop launch plans & identifying market problems, customer needs, positioning, messaging, competitive differentiators, use cases, and setting launch objectives. - Thrive on building relationships, bringing teams together, and advocating for customers' problems. - Write detailed plans for new product launches and manage the implementation of launch plans - Gather and analyze data from interviews and reports to create customer personas, train internal teams on customers' pains and gains, and influence the product evolution. - Make necessary changes to lead to the success of the product launch - Identify future growth opportunities through quantitative and qualitative research. Desired Skills: - Bachelors/MBA from premium Institute. - 3-4 years of total experience with 2 yrs of experience in a similar role - Demonstrated success in managing multiple programs at once, and have the ability to manage competing stakeholders and priorities. - High ownership & bias for action. - Demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization - Understanding of Data Analytics, strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skill
