Responsibilities:
- Responsible for problem solving, design and implementation of initiatives that have potential Organization-wide impact and are top-of-mind for CEO
- Program Management of top priorities of the Org.
- Proactively Identifying potential bottlenecks and mitigation strategy to ensure priorities are track
- Organizing and leading key M-team and Leadership meetings
Desired Skills/ Capabilities:
- Very good Structuring, Problem solving and Program Management skills.
- Good understanding of Strategic Management.
- Good level of comfort with PPT and excel.
