A Product Manager at Swiggy will be expected to bring to the table

- Exhibit sound product judgment, ability to formulate product strategy and present clear measurable objectives that will lead to achieving our business goals.

- Prioritize customer needs and develop product roadmaps to deliver on meeting customer expectations

- Expected to provide valuable input into business cases based on in-depth data analysis and demonstrate how that analysis impacts key product metrics.

- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, technical constraints and business drivers.

- Expected to develop a deep understanding of our users: their problems, their needs, their desires.

- Coordinate across various stakeholders to ensure priorities and roadmap for the team are accurate.

DESIRED SKILLS -

- MBA from a top B-School with an Engineering / Consulting background

- Previous start-up, social networking and/or consulting experience is a strong plus

- Very strong analytical and communication skills

- Exceptional data analysis skills and Prioritization skills.

- Must be a self-starter, a team player and driven
