Job Description :

In this role, you are primarily responsible for managing the sourcing, onboarding and training of the field team. You will be responsible for hiring delivery executives, run onboarding as well as training them to ensure SOP adherence. You will be responsible for staffing the most critical part of the field operations and will support the company's growth.

Your Responsibilities :

- Strategy and planning: Assist the top-management in developing operations strategy for effectively scaling the sourcing requirements of the company with regards to the delivery executives.

- Implementation: Conducting field operations in terms of BTL activities and field sourcing at different locations within the city. Liasoning with multiple sourcing agencies to achieve the sourcing targets.

- People management: Responsible for finding the right candidates and convincing them to join the company's delivery team highlighting the benefits of working with the company to all prospective candidates. Be involved in conducting the staffing drives.

- Onboarding : Taking care of the complete onboarding process with the help of a team.

Requirements :

- 6-8 years of experience preferably in talent acquisition, onboarding process flow, training execution, stake holder management

- Recruitment experience in hiring the blue collared employees (volume hiring/bulk hiring)

- Strong communication and convincing skills and the ability to meet daily, weekly and long-term requirements and goals

- Should be comfortable working with MS Excel

- Willingness to travel within the city and conduct early morning drives
