Manager - Trust &amp; Safety - In this role the person will be responsible for driving consumer safety through restaurant operations on the platform. He/she will drive platform level initiatives through restaurant actions and information aimed at measuring and improving platform level consumer safety and compliance like Hygiene improvement and ensuring compliance with regulations. - The person should be a go-getter with ability to multi-task and stay on top of a lot of things simultaneously. The person should be able to think operations in the restaurant partner context and drive longer term strategic initiatives aimed at managing partner behavior and actions on the platform. Key Results Areas : 1. Driving safety on the platform through Hygiene improvement projects, compliance to FSSAI guidelines, GST guidelines, etc. 2. Shape restaurant behavior via long term improvement programs. 3. Running process improvement initiatives for 50k+ restaurants towards improving the quality of information provided by them to the consumers, including all data furnished by them on the platform. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:- - Total work experience of 3+ years. - MBA from Tier 1 institute. - Experience in driving process excellence initiatives - ability to set strong process and driving the same to maintain best in class consumer experience. - Strong data and process orientation - ability to understand existing processes, analyse data and work out complex ambiguous scenarios into tangible action. - Experience managing and maintaining complex projects across multiple teams. - Eagerly take on any tasks that need to be accomplished, keeping an open and positive attitude.
