Job Description : - Work with the Brand Manager, Creative, Engagement (CRM) owners to build out and run effective marketing campaigns. - Campaign Management in a data driven marketing environment (Data Management Platforms ,Programmaticwith PD/PMP/PG ) - Work with analysts and channel owners to build out relevant predictive analytics models for marketing - including Marketing effectiveness (eg. Marketing Mix Modelling) and Data segmentation, Propensity Models etc. - Identify relevant data partners & implement/experiment with third party data partnerships - Understand digital/online attribution/measurement to plan and implement custom analytics. - Agency/Vendor Management &amp; reporting: Managing legal, finance and accounts processes including onboarding, purchase orders and payments. Desired Skills : - 4-8 years of total work experience - Preferably with relevant experience in Category management/ promotions marketing/ Marketing Analytics roles. - Candidates who have switched to a marketing role post a stint in analytics or CRM will be deemed the best-fit. - Experience in industries with highly evolved digital marketing environments such as eCommerce/Financial Services on the brand/agency side is preferred. - MBA/Mass Communication graduate with relevant certifications/exposure to Digital /Quantitative/Analytics streams. - Candidates with understanding of Facebook Marketing, Google marketing Suites, Programmatic will be given high preference. - Essential that he/she can deal with basic analytic queries/requests unassisted - SQL knowledge is a must. Exposure to Python/R or other scripting languages highly desired. - Ability to Harmonize data, visualize information and collaborate with data analysts. - Individuals must be able to effectively manage cross-functional partners that are internal and external. - Empathising and understanding the work streams of all relevant stakeholders will be a must. - The candidate will have to demonstrate excellent project management skills and strong communication.
