We have seen immense love from the customers till now and are excited to redefine how India shops Job Description : - To create, design, program manager delivery of process improvement projects with the objective of productivity and/or quality enhancement with lean methodology. - To ensure operational excellence through adherence to designed processes specifically in Fmcg unit of Instamart - To ensure high levels of data quality via analysis, action planning together with the business unit - To drive process improvement, process re-engineering, support the implementation of changed processes to improve the quality, productivity of operational processes + systems. - To support the analysis of operational procedures, assisting with documenting and producing solutions - To apply project management in compliance with lean methodologies to ensure controlled, structured implementations, as well as assisting in planning and execution of project tasks - To strive for productivity increases through automation, optimization of operational processes to ensure better quality and customer satisfaction - To find solutions, seek opportunities for the organization that will further operational and strategic goals. Desired Skills : - Graduation, MBA with 4-5 years of experience in FMCG/FMCD sales, with e- commerce KAM experience will be a plus - Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion - Highly analytical with Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills - Good understanding of business and technology and Must be willing to learn - Strong bias for Action - Swiggy works at a very rapid pace - Communications and collaboration skills that enable you to earn trust up, down, and across the company .
