Swiggy - Manager - HR Business Partner

Position : AM/M-East

Location: Kolkata

- Responsible for end to end HR Functions for East

- Lead Employee Development and Engagement activities

- Driving and ensuring adherence to Performance Management Network - planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers

- Maintains the Org. structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions selection, conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.

- Engaging talent through Employee Connect - Succession Planning & Talent Management.

- Resolving employee grievances.

- Ensuring compliance to statutory areas and allied national projects in the fields of employee engagement and recognition.

- Maintaining Personnel Files.

- Handling IR related matters for East Region

- Regular connects with employees

- Interaction / Liasoning with statutory and Law enforcement agenices

Work Experience-

- At least 5-6 years of experience in HR. Preferably having experience in HRBP and Handling Field staff

- Good Communication skills

- Prior experience of IR exposure is a desired requirement
