Being a social commerce business, Bazaar will experiment with novel community-based marketing strategies, that you will help conceptualise and execute. Some broad areas of focus will include, - Experiment with novel community-based marketing initiatives across social channels - Build and lead the team of "community leaders" who will be part of the community and will help engage and grow the community - Build a push-commerce engine to drive delightful discovery on social channels and inspire consumer to purchase - Work closely with marketing counterparts to conceptualise multi-touch campaigns - online and offline to complement community growth initiatives - 3-5 years of work-ex preferably at a early-stage consumer startup - Marketing / growth / community building experience is a plus - Good people and team management skills - Has a good pulse on consumer sentiment
