Job Description Competitive Analysis - Setting up a process for continuous analysis of various initiatives taken by competition - Benchmarking of best practices from across the globe. - Setting up a drumbeat to estimate the current and the potential market size for the food delivery business - Run frequent on the ground surveys across merchants and DEs etc across platforms in order to gauge first hand information - Co-ordinating with the concerned team for information sourcing around competition Planning and Project Management - Pro-actively anticipating competition actions and taking adequate measures to prepare for the same - Designing and implementing projects for identifying insights, trends, levers and end-goals for various initiatives undertaken by the competition - Designing and execution of plans for countering the initiatives undertaken by the competition - Ensure close co-ordination with City Business Teams and Central Teams to drive business objectives and goals - Liaising with cross functional teams to lead projects on Critical Business Projects Reporting - Setting up a system to ensure that all important competition intelligence reaches the leadership and relevant stakeholders - Building competition dashboard to track key metrics on a set frequency Desired Candidate - Graduate with 3-4 years of experience in strategy, consulting, analytics role - Proficient in Excel (MUST) and SQL - Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, pro-activeness and ability to take ownership of projects is a must
