Job Summary This position will be a part of business finance team. Key responsibilities include financial planning, reporting and overall financial partnering for business and marketing. Principle Accountabilities: 1. Developing deep understanding of the business, marketing and other functions of the organization to drive efficient growth by: a. Doing trend analysis for customers, orders and important metrics and prepare budgets and forecasts b. Delivering no-surprise reporting of actuals by proactively tracking and optimizing spends and other important metrics c. Creating processes for new initiatives and improving existing ones d. Preparing, managing and publishing business scorecards e. Stakeholder Management 2. Assist with ad-hoc analysis on various projects as and when required. Best Fit Profile: 1. IIT/ NIT + Tier 1 MBA/PGDM college like IIMs, ISB, FMS, MDI etc 2. 1-5 Years of experience post MBA qualification 3. Strong Excel Skills and good business acumen 4. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with and influence cross functional teams 5. Strong Financial modelling and Power-point skills 6. Previous experience as business finance partner is desired, experience in a start-up would be preferred 7. Self-starter who can take ownership of deliverables with minimal direction and develop new ways of approaching business problems 8. Continuous improvement attitude and fast learning ability 9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 10. Knowledge of SQL would be a plus
