Swiggy - Manager - Business Finance - CA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (3-6 yrs)
- This position will be a part of the "Operations Business Finance" team. Key responsibilities include financial planning, reporting and overall financial partnering for "Delivery Executive Ecosystem".
- Developing deep understanding of the overall business and specifically supply chain operations of the organization to drive efficient growth by:
- Doing trend analysis for important metrics and prepare budgets and forecasts
- Delivering no-surprise reporting of actuals by proactively tracking and optimizing spends and other important metrics
- Creating processes for new initiatives/frameworks and improving existing ones
- Preparing, managing and publishing business scorecards
- Stakeholder Management
- Assist with ad-hoc analysis on various projects as and when required.
Desired Skills:
- CA or MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 colleges
- 3-5 Years of experience post qualification
- Strong Excel Skills and good business acumen
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with and influence cross functional teams
- Strong Financial modelling and Power-point skills
- Previous experience as business finance partner is added advantage, experience in a start-up would be preferred
- Self-starter who can take ownership of deliverables with minimal direction and develop new ways of approaching business problems
- Continuous improvement attitude and fast learning ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of SQL would be a plus
