- Assisting with fundraising, M&A; and other corporate transactions are undertaken by the company - Conducting legal research to assist with deal structuring - Drafting, reviewing, assisting with the execution of share subscription agreements, sharepurchase agreements, shareholders? agreements, and other relevant transaction documents. - Undertaking basic due diligence - Coordinating with external firms on various assignments - Advising internal stakeholders on various questions around corporate structure and process of the Company Desired Skills: - LLB from a reputed law university - 3 years prior experience as a transactions lawyer with a reputed Indian firm - Must have (i) worked on VC and M&A; transactions, including conducting due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and assisting with closing transactions, and (ii) have a good understanding of the provisions of the Companies Act and FEMA & the FDI policy.
