Growth Hacker - Business

Responsibilities - 

- Establish opportunities to boost platform growth and take them to completion

- Identify and lead a mix of experiments and impactful projects to drive user and order growth

- Come up with analysis or consumer understanding backed ideas for experimentation

- Understand the various components and drivers of growth, along with trends (such as traffic, conversion, user engagement and repeat behaviour)

- Analyse user journeys to provide actionable insights and recommendations

- Run quick experiments on traffic/funnel enhancement to derive immediate impact

- Create hypothesis, experiment framework and evaluation metrics to run A/B and pre-post experiments

- Work closely with Product and functional teams to run experiments and roll out features on an ongoing basis

- Identify the impact of various organisational initiatives on platform growth

- Manage cross-functional growth projects

- Undertake consumer research to identify their needs and current friction points

- Absorb and implement industry learnings by engaging in external research and conversations

Preferred Candidate

- 1-3 years of work experience in - growth hacking, platform/product optimisation or growth analysis, preferably in the e-commerce or B2C product industry

- Understanding of consumer behaviour and their interaction with platforms

- B.E./B.Tech/MBA from a premium institute preferred

- Ability to work on cross-functional projects involving Product/functional stakeholders

- Ability to manage projects and drive them to completion

- Effective analytical & communications skills

- Proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint. Basic level of SQL querying and database understanding would be a plus
