Roles and Responsibilities:- 1. Build levers that enable restaurants to grow their business on Swiggy across the order funnel via investing in different discount constructs. 2. Design experiments on new discount constructs with the primary objectives of providing GMV growth for the restaurants and/or reducing discounting spends. 3. Work with the product team in building products/offerings around the successful experiments. 4. Work with the business team to design marketing discounting campaigns and constructs with the objective of platform growth. 5. Design restaurant sales pitch for discounting campaigns to get enrolment from restaurants PAN India. Work closely with the sales team to get high enrolment for all discounting campaigns. 6. Work closely with the 500+ sales team to solve for discounting and growth needs for different restaurant cohorts. 7. Have a view on the impact of discounting on a restaurant's P&L and consistently work towards improving the same. 8. Stakeholder management across various other functions- Product, Marketing, Business, Analytics, Private Brands 9. Consistently work on the enrolment strategy to source discounts more effectively and efficiently which result in higher consumer conversion on the platform at a lower cost. 10. Work closely with the exclusivity program and private brands teams to help assure the growth of exclusive/private brands. 11. Work on other initiatives in the Supply team. What we are looking for- 1. Preferred background- Management consulting, FMCG, E-Commerce 2. MBA from a Tier 1 B school 3. 5+ years of post MBA experience
