Key Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Define operational strategy for Swiggy's Private Brands
2. Own key P&L line items for improvement
3. Develop a project roadmap for operational improvements
4. Drive execution of the projects across different verticals
5. Analyse the impact of the projects
6. Drive the implementation of the tech roadmap for Private brands
Key qualifications :
1. Be a generalist having worked across different problem statements, typically at a scale
2. Have a management degree from a top-tier b- school and graduation from a good engineering/commerce/science college
3. Have worked for at least 3 years post-b-school in a consulting/general management/ecommerce
4. Be very strong at analytics and problem solving- both structuring the problem and at an execution level
