Swiggy - General Manager - Strategic Consumer Insights Partner (10-12 yrs)

Job profile :

- Build foundational framework on F&B by mining internal data on consumers, occasions, cuisines and by liasioning with key strategic consumer research projects that cut across key company verticals

- Support New Supply marketing and biz team on gap identification and new restaurant opportunities

- Standardize consumer feedback, NPS, Needscope and Brand Tracks

- Work with culinary & menu-excellence teams to develop research rigour into new product development

- Work with brand managers to develop consumer-first brands and put a framework to test comms efficacy

- Support the Business Strategy, Cities and CX team to help improve organizational efficiency, help reduce operational costs, delight consumers and find ways to optimise the consumer journey and consumer lifetime value

- Support Sales team to work on JBPs for PB and key restaurant partners towards meeting their business goals

- Would need to work closely with Data analytics teams, external consultants and market research partners to synthesis key learnings into effective business solutions

- Help build playbooks for improving city wise penetration and depth as also identifying new pockets of growth; scale key solutions.

Key skills required :

1) Comfort with both qualitative and quantitative data

2) Food & Bev exp FMCG or Internet is preferred

3) Agency -MR/ Consultancy background with client-side insights experience of 4-5years. Deep rigour in key MR streams

4) Must have segmentation, U&A study experience - ideally both from agency and client side

5) Online/Digital research experience in addition to above would be a plus

Ideal years of exp : About 10-12 years of experience.
