General Manager - Rewards Individual Contributor Role : Rewards Partner for Non-Tech Businesses (MarketPlace, Instamart, Genie, new upcoming businesses) Reporting into : Director - Rewards Responsibilities : - Build and drive strategic design and execution of Rewards to align with talent and people strategy of the company - Proactively evaluate or assess market data and compensation trends and make recommendations for new hire salaries, promotion increases, market adjustments - Develop and own comprehensive total rewards materials for employees and candidates, converting the value proposition of our rewards strategy - Evaluate and design different rewards approaches for different business lines, including but not limited to designing creative short to mid term incentive plans (non ESOPs) / milestone linked incentive plans to cater to different businesses at different growth stages. - Identify opportunities for companies to evolve and uplevel their compensation practices - Work closely with HRBPs and TA team to build competitive and equitable compensation offers - Exercise judgment, think big picture and be comfortable with challenging existing convention - Other BAU activities ; Annual/ mid year appraisal process, Compensation benchmarking, talent ringfencing framework, internal job movements management, etc.
