Swiggy - General Manager - Program Management - Private Brands Projects - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead the program management function for Swiggy Private Brand Ops

- Lead project management of key projects in Private Brands

- Define performance benchmarks for each function and track performance against each of them

- Lead the planning process and the sales and operations planning

- Develop mechanisms to manage performance across large scale at a hyperlocal level

- Drive the weekly and the monthly review process in the organization

Key qualifications :

1. Be a generalist having worked across different problem statements, typically at a scale

2. Have a management degree from a top-tier b- school and graduation from a good engineering/commerce/science college

3. Have worked for at least 3 years post-b-school in a consulting/program management

4. Be very strong at analytics and problem solving- both structuring the problem and at an execution level
