National Partnership - General Manager Key Activities:- - Drive organization's business with key national restaurant chains by creating and executing Joint Business Plans. - Build strategic moats which strengthens our partnerships with top accounts. - Managing account level P&amp;L and ensuring profitable growth for both partners. - Understand restaurant partner's product offerings and market positioning to increase their business and inturn organization's market share. Map partners- marketing offers to organization's marketing channels such as inapp promotions, SMS/Email to drive ROI driven campaigns - Liaise with central marketing function to drive partners- brand engagement campaigns through social media and other innovative ways - Monetize marketing properties and increase its share to overall organization's revenue contribution. Track ROI and relay it to partners - Be voice of the organization and align/influence partner marketing/promotion activities towards internal objectives Desired Candidate:- - Graduate/PG with 5-7 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management brand from premier institutes. Exposure to brand management is a plus. - Strong problem solving and stakeholder management skills - High sense of ownership and curiosity. - Great team player as well as mentor/learner - Ability to think clearly and communicate effectively
