Details : Location: Bangalore Geographical Area: India Experience: 10+ Years Essential Skill: - Hands-on knowledge of mandatory compliance & necessary approval from concerned government departments for establishing and operating business across cities in India. - Possess excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and coordinate complex issues and projects with diverse levels of management and employees and previous experience in dealing with Government officials and Regulators. - Hands-on experience in Compliance Management and have experience of tool-based management. - Excellent ability to analyze and assess business processes, spot issues and propose/implement solutions; Ability to function autonomously yet communicate laterally and upwardly with ease. - Strong legal and business judgment Job Description: - Own and Manage Compliance and Government Relations vertical and ensure compliance of necessary Licenses and approvals required under various legislations including but not limited to Food laws, Municipal Laws, Environment Laws, Corporate laws, Labour and Establishment Laws, Payment Laws, Motor Vehicle Laws, Information Technology Law and Legal Metrology laws. - Liaise with relevant departments to ensure legal risks have been identified and appropriate measures taken. - Advice on statutory compliance under Food laws, Municipal Laws, Environment Laws, Corporate laws, Labour and Establishment Laws, Payment Laws, Motor Vehicle Laws, Information Technology Law and Legal Metrology laws. - Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations and prepare advisories. - Responsible for running compliance charter and training program for compliance education. - Formulate compliance check-lists to be used for ensuring that all information required is provided accordingly.
