Swiggy is looking to establish an ecosystem of third party service providers that can be utilized by restaurants to efficiently meet their capital needs. The GM for capital assist will have a unique opportunity to shape the future of this new division. - He/she will be expected to do the necessary ground work to develop the strategy for this charter and conduct pilots to come up with the appropriate business model to scale in the initial phase. Thereafter he/she will have the complete responsibility of scaling this up across the restaurant community. - He/she is expected to have the pulse on voice of the restaurant within Swiggy such that the focus is on building solutions from a restaurant's perspective. - He/she is expected to head both the demand and supply side of this service and will closely work with the communications and marketing team to build strategies of scaling up services and demand for them with limited on-ground sales support. - The role would require heavy interaction with the product team and third party vendors in building out a scalable business model. - Th GM will be the PnL owner and will be responsible for maximizing revenue through this stream in the long run.
