The brand has received immense customer love & NPS is in the middle of an ambitious growth journey in Bangalore. About the role : Director - Revenue & Growth at InsanelyGood by Swiggy. Responsibilities : - Develop and execute comprehensive revenue and growth strategies to drive business expansion and achieve revenue targets. - Lead all initiatives and channels that bring in organic and inorganic traffic to the app with key success metrics being Orders per day, Frequency and Retention - Manage all activities related to in-app conversion of traffic to direct revenue with key success metrics being App conversion %, Order Value and Gross Margin - Manage the entire storefront of app including the assortment, merchandising and pricing while working closely with the Supply, Planning and Product teams - Lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to individual contributors and managers within the revenue & growth function. - Leverage Swiggy-wide functional capabilities and work closely with the function leaders in building strategies and executing with higher effectiveness and efficiency - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams at InsanelyGood, including supply, marketing, operations, product, and analytics, to align strategies, leverage synergies, and drive cohesive execution. - Foster a data-driven culture, utilizing insights and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. - Manage all the owned media channels to engage with existing customers to drive higher traffic and transactions - Build relationships strategic partnerships with partners to generate revenue & growth for the business - Collaborate with growth & marketing agency partners to execute on customer acquisition programs - Drive dormant user activation through communications and offers Qualifications & Experience : - 8-10 years of total experience with min. 4 yrs of experience in Growth (acquisition/retention) - We think that candidates with a combination of strategy consulting and consumer tech experience will thrive in this role - Has worked on complex business problems with experience in leading teams through some of these challenges - Has worked in a cross functional environment having managed stakeholders including peers, seniors, juniors on whom there is high dependency to deliver one's own goals; Should possess the ability to influence without authority - Highly customer focused with ability to think deeply about TG, problems and then clearly and sharply articulating solutions, strategies across teams - Has demonstrated strong bias for action while also being comfortable in ambiguous environments and is able to lead a team and keep them motivated through ups & downs - Experience in Retail / FMCG is added advantage
