Key Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Lead process excellence in New Supply
2. Develop organisation culture of excellence and continuous improvement
3. Implement lean techniques within kitchens to reduce waste
4. Work with different stakeholders to create mechanisms to ensure effective implementation
5. Work with food safety to develop fail safe mechanisms within kitchens
6. Work with equipment vendors to create customized equipment
Qualifications :
1. MBA or B.Tech from Top Schools
2. Experience in lean or Six Sigma implementation for 6-8 years
3. Six Sigma certification
4. Experience in Food, FMCG or Pharma is required preferably in Top companies
