Summary: The Director of packaging will lead the packaging function end to end for Swiggy New Supply right from creating designs, working with different stakeholders to operationalize the designs and delivering the right packaging solutions within the desired cost and timelines. Responsibilities: - Create brand-right, compelling, commercial package designs for Private Brands - Work with design agencies to develop scalable designs - Collaborate and communicate with key cross-functional partners within the Swiggy Ecosystem - Deliver product designs with flawless execution; achieving goals with speed, agility and attention to detail - Develop a network of packaging vendors &amp; manage vendor relationships to meet various requirements - Ensure packaging solutions developed are efficient: cost wise and operationally - Develop mechanisms to gather customer feedback on packaging and act accordingly. Requirements: - Total experience of 10+ years - Bachelors or Masters degree from Top Design schools in India or abroad - Proven experience (5 years+) working with Creative Design Agencies (advertising, marketing, publishing, file, etc), Market Research firm, or similar functional area - Minimum 5 years of Experience in working with packaging solutions - Proven experience in managing vendors and procurement experience - Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal clients and/or external clients
