Crafter - Research & Insights What is Swiggy Labs? A self-contained extension of the Swiggy org to drive experiments & zero to ones for potential new business lines and thereby driving discontinuous growth in customer experience, top line or bottom line. Some broad areas where Labs team will be experimenting would be : - Creating wow customer experiences and convenience within food and other verticals - Improving supply chain efficiency via automation - Enhance customer experience and vendor productivity using IOT and Big Data Responsibilities : The labs org consists of a research & insights team tasked with researching the feasibility of a project, and the business implementation team, which once conviction is developed, takes up the project for rapid experimentation and piloting the project to take it from a 0 to 1 phase. The individual will be responsible for leading : a. Market research and opportunity sizing analysis to develop conviction on the idea being sensed b. Business analysis to develop an in-depth understanding of the growth drivers and identify levers which can move the business c. Setting up automated dashboards to track the health of business Profession Background/Experience : - Bachelor's degree in Engineering from premier institutes preferred - 3+ years of experience as a business analyst and business Intelligence - R, SAS, Qlikview, Google Analytics, MixPanel - Excel and MySQL - Experience with RDBMS, business Intelligence and visualization - Demonstrated experience of working with senior stakeholders Key Skills & requirements : - Highly experienced at structuring ambiguous problems, leading analytical work streams and applying sound business discernment - Experience with problem solving and meaningfully conveying research insights - The ability to work independently or with cross-functional teams across the org - Experience handling multiple challenging priorities and driving projects to completion - Comfortable with on-ground work and getting hands dirty - Communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver complex, data-driven insights to senior business leaders
