- Drive demand in conjunction with the central marketing team by sourcing partner funded discounts and promoting those to potential and existing customers. - Executing innovative marketing activations to the relevant target groups - Driving customer delight initiatives to drive loyalty and create a positive brand buzz - Initiating and executing strategic alliances and collaborations with corporates and other similar business - Lead the launch of new areas across the city and increase the expansion in the city geographically - Drive cross function initiatives associated with the launch of new areas/city viz. supply side, operations, marketing etc. Drive city level initiatives under the guidance of a City Business Head, Planning and execution of org level initiatives such as Swiggy Select, long distance delivery, etc at a city level - Track the progress of the above mentioned initiatives in terms of milestones, timelines, budgets, issues, etc. - Interact with central corporate team to implement new ideas/process and take up central strategic initiatives - Drive awareness through visibility and activations at trade partner outlets to reach out to their captive audiences - Shape demand across the city in line with forecasts through coordination with the operations &amp; supply teams - Analyze and report the impact of various marketing activities and feed those data insights into subsequent campaigns to improve ROI - Manage a team and maintain vendor relationships to effectively execute campaigns
