Areas of Responsibility :&nbsp; - Strategy Development Ideate and plan for possible interventions and experiments to impact specific metrics and achieve target driven results - Ensure efforts and strategies are aligned to overall Business strategy and AOP; while ensuring cross-functional alignment of strategy with the central team targets - Prepare and present the Project-Plan along with ROI, efforts, resources &amp; other requirements - Design new Initiatives Ideate for new initiatives, assesss feasibility and profitablility of each initiative and prioritize which projects to take up - Conduct research, work with analytics team to provide insights and identify opportunities, challenges and considerations when undertaking new initiatives and experimenting - Record data related to each new initiative undertaken for reporting and learning / analysis, and ensure that the base line for each is met - Project Management - Responsible for delivery/implementation of project plans while defining check points and metrics to track progress - Track key metrics impacting the progress of the project and course correct when required - Improvise on the existing project plans and initiatives that have been undertaken, while ensuring BAU - Develop contingency plans for potential failures, risks and challenges that may arise in the course of the project - Stakeholder Management Act as the SPOC for the project, liaise with cross-functional teams and all internal stakeholders - Collaborate cross functionally with all stakeholders, negotiate and influence them to get a buy in for new interventions planned - Work with the analytics and strategy teams to integrate top level goals and ground level performance metrics - Review, track and report measures and data with various central and city teams for inputs and drive AOP outcomes; participate in periodic review meetings
