The candidate will be a part of Swiggy's Business Strategy team and work on Swiggy SUPER, Swiggy's membership / loyalty program and one of Swiggy's top growth levers. He/she will be responsible for obsessing about performance of the SUPER product and driving initiatives to improve the overall program via product interventions. Responsibilities - Developing an all-round understanding of the program's objectives and be on top of data and trends to drive recommendations, leading to fulfilling the objectives of the program - Deep-dive into performance metrics of the various elements of the program and generate actionable ideas to meet program objectives - Ensure availability of relevant metrics in dashboards, etc by working closely with product and analytics teams - Program-manage product-based efforts ensuring complete ownership and accountability for delivery - Regularly interface with customers to identify pain points and suggest solutions and new product features - Ensure air-tightness of PRDs and GTM-strategies for all SUPER-related products - Set up efficient systems to track efficacy of new products / product features - Actively work on getting bugs fixed and ensure a seamless experience for users Preferred Candidate - 1-2 years of work experience in Loyalty or subscription programs / Analytics / Product management - B.E./B.Tech from a premium institute preferred - Inherent drive to learn across areas; resourcefulness - Ability to own work-streams end to end i.e. from conceptualization to closure, leveraging internal resources to get things done - Should be proficient in using Excel, Powerpoint. Basic level of SQL querying and database understanding would be a strong plus - Understanding of mobile app-related metrics (CTR, conversions, etc.) is a plus
