- End to end responsibility of the P&amp;L, customer experience and growth of the category / Brand they have been assigned to. - Identify consumer needs and market gaps through analyzing trends, relevant data, quantitative &amp; qualitative research. Employ innovation in products and processes in order to achieve competitive advantage. - Anticipate customer needs and incorporate them into the functional road map and will drive a major change or enhancement for customer experience influencing Brand/ category needs based on their knowledge of competitive trends in the marketplace and other macro-environment data. - Develop and implement the brand plan and go to market strategy to ensure that brand objectives are achieved for the New Products - Understand the impact of cost elements on brand profitability, identify levers for cost management and work closely with stakeholders across R&amp;D, operations and supply chain management to ensure brand profit objectives are achieved. - Recommend and manage all brand activity to ensure fit with brand strategy and corporate guidelines. - Work closely with stakeholders including Culinary and Operations to ensure product and brand activities are executed at speed and scale. - Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, strong communication, stake holder management, high commitment, self-motivated and strong bias for action and strong excel and powerpoint skills. - Preferred- MBA from IIM-A,B,C,L/ ISB/XLRI/ FMS/ SP Jain/ MDI / NMIMS/IMT/KJ Somaiya/IIFT - Batch - / 16/17/ 18. - Industry preference from - FMCG/ FMCD/ F&amp;B/ Internet / Ecommerce / Mobile/ Retail/ Startups.
